About us
Who is LICOA?
LICOA has been in existence since 1959, and is one of the largest Corvette Clubs in the USA Every LICOA member has the opportunity to contribute to the club's direction. Our members have Corvettes representing all eight-production eras - C1 through C8 from 1953 to the present. Our annual events calendar is filled with activities from Tech Sessions to Judged Shows, Displays, Charity Events, Caravans and Socials. We participate and exhibit at Corvettes at Carlisle, the largest gathering of Corvette Owners on the East Coast. Many members also participate in the activities at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Member interests run the whole gamut of the Corvette world. Rallies, Restoration or just hanging out, talking cars and having fun. All of our activities are volunteer driven and as a new member this is the best way to meet new people and to enjoy the LICOA experience. To join LICOA you must own or lease a Corvette and be as excited about this experience as your fellow LICOA members. As a new member you will receive a subscription to our monthly newsletter, the Corvette Courier, a LICOA window decal and membership card. Your dues with either no additional fees or minimum fees fund many events and activities. We have club merchandise always available at a member discounted cost! Monthly Membership meetings are held at the Bellmore Library on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. The Board of Directors meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. All members are welcome to attend a Board of Directors Meeting. We look forward to having you join us in LICOA.
